**About the Role**:
In the last 12 months we’ve undergone a period of transformation - bringing together what was four established companies (Para-Sols, Apricity Compliance, The Art of Finance and The Verve Group) into one single brand (The Verve Group). There were lots of reasons behind the consolidation - streamlining all of our sales and marketing activity being one of them, but also, in preparation for the launch of our new tech product later this summer. It’s been positively received so far and now we’re in a position to build on its success and shout it from the rooftops

Success in this role would be increasing our interaction with clients, automating our marketing activity across different digital channels and taking responsibility for duties such as;
- Being a strong creative with a proven track record of creating fun and professional visual/messaging concepts to promote and showcase us as a business, our wide range of services and our ground-breaking tech.
- Building and maintaining our company presence across multiple social media channels, with a strong emphasis on effective engagement and dialogue with followers.
- Collaborating with others to continually improve our marketing activity and campaign results - we pride ourselves on staying ahead of the game.
- Regularly measuring and reporting back on our key performance metrics, such as website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rates and ROAS.
- Generate online sales for our online training courses through digital advertising.
- Using our CRM (HubSpot) to identify and implement new ways to improve automations and touchpoints in our end-to-end client journey.
- Expand and nurture our existing community app for clients, finance professionals and those new to finance.

**About You****:
The relevant skills and experience needed to successfully deliver on all the above is crucial, of course we know that, but there's also some extra bits that need considering too, such as:

- Being passionate about keeping up with all new marketing trends (B2B and B2C) and not afraid to be bold, and give something new a try.
- Highly organised, data-driven and able to interpret campaign results, and also show initiative when it comes to new ideas and thought processes.
- It should be a given, but for the avoidance of doubt - you must be completely computer literate and confident using new technology systems. We can teach you how to use our systems (gold star if you’re already familiar with HubSpot CRM) but technophobes need not apply
- Having the ability to work autonomously, self-motivated and with bags of creative energy.
- Being flexible and agile in your approach to work - we're fast paced. Like, really fast and are not afraid to try new things. So, if you're used to a steady pace of life with no detours, then we're not the company for you (don't worry, we don't take it personally).

Ideally, you'll also have at least 2 years’ experience of working within a digital marketing role, working within a modern marketing department and have a recognised marketing or business qualification (or at least working towards to it).

We can teach you everything you need to know about us and the world of finance however anyone with a SaaS or FinTech background will definitely stand out from the crowd.
