**The Role**

Veeva CP&C (Consumer Products & Chemicals) is seeking a Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team in Europe. You ideally have either consulting / customer-facing experience, together with the experience of implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the Consumer Products, Cosmetics, or Chemicals industries. Alternatively, you possess deep knowledge and experience of Quality business processes within the Consumer Products, Cosmetics, or Chemicals industries; and be looking to take on the new challenge of working with market-leading cloud-based Quality software solutions.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be working within project teams to deliver Veeva Vault Quality solutions for our customers. You will be contributing firsthand towards transforming the way our customers collect, maintain, and distribute business-critical processes and documentation. You will be encouraged to share your ideas and to work with other Veeva team members to innovate and refine our internal processes, collaborate with our Product Development team, and enhance our delivery model to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and their industries.

This is a remote position, with no work location requirement. However, you have to be based in the UK already, must be eligible for employment, and should be living in close proximity to a major airport to meet travel requirements.

**What You’ll Do**
- Implement Veeva Vault QualityOne solution for our CP&C customers, as a key member of our dynamic project teams.
- Participate in workshops, gather system requirements, design, configure and validate Vault solutions.
- Work closely with customers’ business and IT stakeholders to design a solution that adheres to industry best practices and aligns with customer needs.
- Support customer success from the beginning to the end of the engagement.
- Continue to expand and develop industry knowledge to enhance our delivery model to meet the changing business needs of Veeva and our customers.
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve our technology and work closely with our Product team to ensure the best solutions for our customers.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in supporting the implementation, design, and/or administration of Quality information/data/document management solutions within the Consumer Products, Cosmetics or Chemicals industries.
- Or, 3+ years experience in business processes within the Consumer Products, Cosmetics, or Chemicals industries.
- Self-starter and motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs.
- Understanding of document and data collection and storage.
- General understanding of compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
- 4-year Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Native-level fluency in English.

**Nice to Have**
- Additional experience with Claims Substantiation, Clinical, Safety, or Regulatory business processes.
- SaaS/Cloud delivery experience.
- Document/data migration experience.
- PMP certification / Scrum certification.
- Execution experience with Agile methodology.
- Additional language(s).
