Reporting into the VP of HR, the HR Analyst will partner closely to execute various projects within the HR department. The role will require you to facilitate projects enabling change and development in OMLs processes and procedures.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to work with the HR team to understand the business, identify gaps/opportunities and deliver solutions to standardise, automate and simplify HR processes which support the employee lifecycle.

**Key Tasks / Accountabilities**

**HR Projects**

In partnership with the VP of HR, work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
- Values & Behaviours at OML: Hosting workshops across the organisation with employees to understand and learn what the values are felt to be at OML, collaborating with HR, Department Heads, Marketing and other departments to develop and launch the OML values.There will be subsequent micro projects to embed these across the organisation and into documentation
- Job Levelling: Working with WTW to implement job levelling at OML, feeding into our career ladders and HR processes you will work alongside the VP of HR, Department Heads and Programme Leads to analyse the businesses roles and requirements and successfullylaunch.
- Employment Contract & Confidentiality Agreement: Working closely with HR BP to implement new Contract of Employment.
- Creation and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures
- Work on HR project teams, often joining other groups in the business.

**Operational HR**
- Analysis and reporting of wider HR KPIs to Senior Management Team monthly.
- Supporting the wider HR team with developments to HiBob in line with business need.

Essential**
- Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks and be comfortable within a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.**
**Education & Training
**- Degree level educated, or equivalent experience.

**Experience / Knowledge**
- Exposure to HR environment (desirable)
- Keen interest in technology and technical improvements

**Skills**
- Strong IT skills and an interest in this area
- Systems analysis and management
- Delivery focused, able to meet objectives in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Strong communication skills
