**Description**:
**Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Install or Update apps daily from TestFlight or Google Play.
- Track and maintain numerous mobile devices, including performing OS updates.
- Manage credentials for multiple users across multiple deployments.
- Drive the vehicle with test phones on predetermined routes in both rural and urban environments.
- Start and stop trips on reference device and or drive with OBD device plugged into vehicle.
- Provide developers with feedback daily or when asked.
- Clearly and accurately document test results.
- Run Automated tools to produce test results.
- Keep devices in good working order, charged and ready to use the next day.
- Follow test plans set forth by the development team accurately.
- Ensure that all laws and regulations are followed while operating a vehicle.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**

Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no live endorsements.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
- Experience with excel.
- Experience with Android and iOS phones.

Desired
- Experience with AWS management console
- Previous experience using JIRA.
- Experience with AZURE DevOps
