Office Reality is a family run business based on the Westpark Trading Estate in Wellington who specialise in the supply of commercial furniture.

We have a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join our young and enthusiastic team.
- IT Literate (working knowledge of Microsoft office)
- Understanding and a good listener
- Have a good telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
- A fast learner

Ideally, we are ideally looking for somebody with experience in sales, however all applicants will be considered and are extremely welcome.

Daily tasks with initially include:

- generating purchase orders once customer orders have been received
- general customer enquiries e.g: order chasing and answering questions about products.

On completion of training the main role will be to:

- take enquiries from customers
- support the quote team with project work

Our working week is 37.5 hours, and workdays are either 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break. What you work out of these two may vary dependent on the needs of the business, holidays etc.

20 Days holiday per year (pro rata), increased to 25 days on completion of 5 full years’ service, plus bank holidays.
