Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Full Time Driver/Sales assistant for an established Trade Store in Banbury.

The role is Permanent and paying £9.81ph.

This is a Full Time role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Mon-Fri. You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 4pm).

We are looking for the following skills and criteria:

- Customer service experience (telephone or face to face in any industry)
- Physically fit, heavy lifting may be required
- IT literate
- Working as part of a small close-knit team
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Having the right behaviours and work ethic
- Consistent in roles in previous experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as the store can be very busy
- Driving will be required so you must feel comfortable to drive the store van making deliveries
- You will spend 20% of your time driving supporting during holidays and absences. The remainder of your time will be in-store as a sales colleague, so it is important that you have a background in sales/retail
