Driver Demonstrator Role
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver Demonstrator to join our team at Kärcher UK. As a Driver Demonstrator, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting equipment to our customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting the sales team with product demonstrations and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect equipment efficiently and comprehensively
- Deal with customer queries in a professional and understanding manner
- Ensure training documents are completed and signed by customers
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with knowledge of the Hire fleet
- Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and training
Requirements
- GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths and English
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent timekeeping skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
