**Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home.**

A global architectural and design practice are looking for an HR Assistant to support the HR Manager overall UK and Ireland. In this role you will get involved in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding new starters, benefits, training, new projects and ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

This is a global business and will work closely with other counterparts internationally. The offer amazing benefits and flexible/hybrid working.

**This role includes**:

- Reporting data and preparing reports
- Managing updates of HR communication to all staff regarding policies /benefits and processes.
- Attend meetings to represent the HR department.
- Coordinating the first day induction meetings with new hires and internal team members IT, HR, and training
- Managing HR inbox
- Issuing monthly updates to Benefits providers.
- Liaising with training providers
- Assisting staff with salary reviews and promotions
- Updating employee data
- Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.

**Requirements and skills**:

- One or more years experience in an HR admin role or similar position.
- Level 3 CIPD qualified would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisation skills and confident communicator.
- Good MS office skills.
