Cash Support Administrator

**Summary**:
To ensure the daily cash allocation process is accurate and up-to-date for all businesses. To ensure that all payment disputes are managed by working closely with the collection teams and credit control. Ensure that Query resolution and timely cash collection to customer credit accounts takes place daily. They will also manage the volume and value of unallocated cash to sustainable levels whilst minimizing the impact of bad debt within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering and responding to billing enquiries and providing account/product/supplier information to customers
- Send copy invoices, credit notes, activity reports and statements as requested
- Processing credits, refunds
- Dealing with 3rd party portals
