The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The UX Research team aims for 1 day a week (Tuesdays or Thursdays) in the office to connect. The role is based at the Victoria campus.
- The salary range for this role is set at £42,000.00 - £63,000.00
- This is a fixed term contract for 12 months

**About the role**

In this role, they articulate insight and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner using appropriate visualisation and storytelling. They provide clear evidence that insights lead to action, innovation, influencing decision making and commercial outcomes. Our User Experience Researchers are an ambassador for experience research cultivating relationships with stakeholders across the business.

**Essential skills you’ll need**
- Qualifications or extensive professional experience of user experience research
- Able to generate, plan, facilitate and analyse user experience research
- Relevant analytics, interaction design, information architecture and stakeholder management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with agile processes and a diverse set of UX research methodologies/tools
