**THE POSITION**

As an Inside Sales Executive you will be empowered to identify and develop the best outcomes for EOS and its customers.

You will support the Area Directors and Account Managers and be a point of contact for the client on all sales related activities within the account, aligning during and after the sale, to ensure the best customer experience.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Dedicated to Accounts, providing commercial support for Customers, Account Managers/Sales Director
- Serves as a direct customer contact for quote requests and acts as the primary liaison between customers, and sales force for fulfilling customer requirements.
- Processes customer requests and quotes in a timely and accurate manner including clarification and updates.
- Reviews and validates quoted delivery with appropriate internal teams prior to order entry. Prepares written response to customer if delivery situation has changed.
- Supplies information to customers concerning pricing, delivery, technical inquiries, shipment details, etc.
- Assists Regional Sales Director in following up on open customer queries invoices.
- Assists Account Managers / Sales to create annual contracts pricing.
- Accepts and investigates customer requests and verifies consistency with established policy. Processes RGA's (returned goods acceptance) for departmental approval and assists in determining the resolution of the RGA's.
- Investigates and verifies accuracy of all debit and credit adjustments to customer accounts.
- Expedites orders and provides order status information to all customers including:

- Proactively advising customers of re-schedules or delays affecting promised ship date.
- Investigates alternative sources for supply of material, alternate solutions to meet customer's delivery expectations.
- Provides project progress reports, when required.
- Assists Business Managers in the execution of business models.
- Assists Sales Managers in account management (local, regional and global).
- Assists Account Managers / Sales Engineers in providing pre-sale and post-sale support.
- Assists with Bid Management - from receipt to submission, including timelines, cross departmental submissions, technical writing, milestone meetings and pricing.
- Assists with Salesforce management and forecasting with Sales Managers
- Project management of major customer orders(in due course)
- Performs other duties as required.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- Experience selling into professional IT organizations
- General selling knowledge of Video / Collaboration / Audio Visual experience, Networking, Security, Data Centre a plus
- Experience in positioning, packaging, and negotiating proposals inside corporate IT and Procurement groups.
- Ability to understand customer issues and requirements and align those needs to EOS offerings. Bundle into holistic offerings that result in a desired customer outcome
- Excellent presentation skills on a one to one and group basis.
- Ability to successfully manage many simultaneous work items of changing priority, strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts.
- Must have good business acumen and commercial understanding of business profitability.
