**GAP Insurance Claims Advisor**

Are you eager to progress your insurance claims career with motorists nationwide? We’re looking for hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated individuals with excellent spoken communication to join our growing repairs team based in our Reading offices.

MotorEasy is the smart way to run your car founded in 2016. We are technology-lead home for all your motoring needs, from warranties and GAP, alloy wheel, cosmetic repair Insurance to MOT's, servicing, and repairs. We offer advice to nearly 1 million motorists nationwide and provide them competitive prices for the products and services we sell.

**Requirements of Insurance Claims Advisor**:

- Assess GAP insurance claims as per the policy terms and conditions
- in line with FCA guidelines
- Request, analyse and compile evidence to produce a claims recommendation
- Assess cosmetic repair, tyre and alloy wheel damage claims against policy terms
- Contact mobile repairers so they can arrange repairs with our Members
- Effectively use our systems and processes
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Processing customer contributions towards repairs
- Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform

**Salary**:

- £25,000 Basic
- £31,250 OTE

- Monday to Friday
- 8.30am-5.30pm
- Saturday
- Up to 1 a month (9am - 4pm)

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
