Our client has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an Insurance and Investments Advisor to join their team You will be responsible for providing the highest possible level of service to existing and potential clients of the agency. Answering calls and dealing enquiries that are sent in by phone, email, website enquiries and letters.


Dealing with claims enquiries and handling complaints.
Generating leads and new business through consistent cross selling, customer service and proactive campaign calls.
Probing for gaps in cover that could leave a client open to a claim and making relevant recommendations to ensure that they are fully protected.
Providing quotations for various covers, processing midterm adjustments and changes to client records and policies.
Attending ad-hoc training, events and trade shows.
Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
