**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a front office superstar to join this hotel, creating memorable experiences, and maintaining high levels of service at all times.

You will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making guests smile and will receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling all customer check-ins’ or inquiries.

As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are always presentable engaging in positive communication with the team and department, always acting as a professional and delivering consistently exceptional service to all guests.

- Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
- Experienced in hospitality software such as Opera, Brilliant etc would be desirable but full training will be given.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.

Adjacent to Chester train station, a short 10-minute walk to the main shops and boutiques sits one of the biggest hotels in Chester - The Queen at Chester Hotel, part of the Premier Collection By Best Western

Its stunning Victorian features including a glorious curling four-story open-well staircase has been enhanced by superb, often quirky contemporary design, rich colours, fascinating historic photographs, and striking light installations.

It has 221 hotel bedrooms plus suites, including an award-winning double AA Rosette restaurant. The hotel also has a conference centre with 12 flexible meeting rooms, banqueting, and wedding suites.

**About us**

We have 46 hotels in our growing UK portfolio, international brands Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Best Western under our belt and all in some fantastic locations, it’s no surprise that LGH Hotels Management is the place to be.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
