Kier Places are recruiting now for a **Resident Liaison Officer** in Hounslow to assist on Fire Safety, Fire Doors, Kitchens & Bathrooms contracts, to support the Contract Managers and Site Managers with ensuring the business provides a customer focused service for all stakeholders involved on our contract with London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and other local London contracts if required.

**Location**: Sites across the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, as well as other surrounding boroughs in London

**Contract**: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

**Responsibilities**

As a **Resident Liaison Officer**, you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in facilitating the smooth running of projects.

Your day to day will include:

- Facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Kier team.
- Carrying out property condition surveys
- Arranging works and surveys appointment.

- Have strong experience as a Resident Liaison Officer with a housing maintenance background
- Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation & compliance issues surrounding housing & property
- Have the ability to deal with sensitive & difficult scenarios.
