We have an exciting opportunity within our Learning and Engagement Team for an Early Careers Coordinator who is passionate about early careers.

**About the Role**:
This role is fundamental in delivering our Institute's Early Careers Initiatives and the role holder will be working in a busy team to provide an excellent level of support to those working within and alongside our key initiatives.

You will collaborate with a number of different departments to attract and develop early career talent, ensuring an enriching and positive experience for those involved.

A element for the role is to manage, develop and improve the schemes to create customer satisfaction and improve employee engagement. There is a focus on developing new systems and processes to streamline efforts.

**You will be responsible for**:
Designing, co-ordinating and implementing a number of early career initiatives; including Graduate Scheme, Tech Talent Scheme and Apprenticeships. These schemes are designed to attract and retain talent into the organisation and ensure participants secure permanent roles upon completion of training.

**Essential Skills**:

- Knowledge and experience of Early Careers initiatives.
- Able to collaborate closely alongside colleagues in HR Partnering, Recruitment, HR Services and Learning & Development.
- Flexible approach - able to respond to changes in workload at short notice.
- Experience of building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of designing and improving internal processes.
- Excellent and confident IT Skills, including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong administration/operational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience of dealing with, and influencing people, at all levels successfully. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to manage, plan and prioritise a wide range of tasks to the appropriate deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative, confidence and personal responsibility for action.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines simultaneously.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion

**Other Information**:

- Salary in the region of £32,000 to £38,000
