The client I am working with has been trading for 12 months in the technical facilities management sector and has rapidly grown with even stronger sales already in the pipeline for 2023.

The role is based on Birchwood Park in Warrington

Due to the growth, we are looking for a part time / full time member of staff who will work closely with the MD and Part Time FD to create a Finance function that will grow as the business grows.

Initially this will be a hands-on role, and will involve the following duties
- Monitoring work streams to ensure timely billing
- Raising Sales invoices
- Processing and paying subcontractor invoices, ensuring all invoices are authorised by the Project Managers and allcharges are captured and billed onto clients
- Processing overhead invoices
- Reconciling the bank feed on Xero
- Reconciling supplier statements, ensuring all costs are correctly allocated to contracts
- Making month end payments

This will be a busy and exciting role for someone with all round skills developed from previous roles in accounts departments in a general Accounts Admin role

Knowledge of CIS & Xero Accounting systems would be advantageous

The role can either be full time or part time spread over 4/5 days

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
