Utiliser et entretenir l'équipement et les outils de nettoyage, y compris la machine à laver la vaisselle, les stations de lavage de mains, les stations de lavage de marmites et le compacteur de déchets. Laver et désinfecter la cuisine et la salle d'entreposage, les tables, les outils, les couteaux et les équipements. Recevoir les livraisons, ranger les denrées périssables convenablement et gérer les stocks. S'assurer que les verres et la vaisselle propres sont rangés dans les zones appropriées. Utiliser du détergent, des produits de rinçage et des produits chimiques de désinfection dans l'évier à 3 compartiments pour nettoyer la vaisselle. Inspecter, retirer et empiler les articles nettoyés, envoyer les articles souillés au récurage et au lavage. Placer sur les supports et arroser tous les articles sur les supports avec de l'eau chaude afin de détacher et éliminer les résidus alimentaires. Trier, tremper et laver/relaver l'argenterie. Vider les bacs de bébarrasseur sales. Vider et entretenir les poubelles et la zone autour de la benne à rebuts. Nettoyer et laver à la vadrouille toutes les zones des secteurs assignés. Disposer des verres dans les conteneurs appropriés. Désarticuler les boîtes de carton et les placer ainsi que les autres matières recyclables dans le bac de recyclage.

Suivre toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise; signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au gestionnaire; et réussir la formation et les certifications de sécurité. Protéger les actifs de l'entreprise. Parler aux autres en utilisant un langage clair, approprié et professionnel. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les autres; soutenir l'équipe afin d'atteindre les objectifs communs. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes d'assurance qualité. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 50 livres (22,7 kg) sans assistance. Se tenir debout, assis ou marcher pendant une période prolongée ou pour une longue période de temps. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. S'acquitter d'autres tâches d'emploi raisonnables lorsqu'elles sont demandées par les superviseurs.
