**About the role and our team**

We are seeking a conscientious and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Switchboard Operator within the Operations Division at Noble’s Hospital

In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Hospitals’ switchboard and answering and processing calls for Noble’s Hospital, Ramsey Cottage & District Hospital, Manx Care and the Isle of Man Government. You will provide a friendly, flexible, practicable and professional service either face-to-face or via the switchboard systems to hospital staff or its patients/visitors.

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner, and possess organisation and prioritization skills in order to complete a wide array of administrative tasks.

Please note a basic police check is required for this post,** **which Manx Care will cover the cost of for you. Please note if you have lived for more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 5 years, you will be required to obtain a Letter of Good Standing from the appropriate authorities in the relevant locations, please read the guidance about how to obtain this letter.
