Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist to join our team at On Verve. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our clients' prestigious sites in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and guests, providing a strong and consistent guest service.
- Ensuring all calls to the switchboard/Help desk are answered promptly and professionally.
- Responding to and actioning a busy email inbox inline with KPI guidelines.
- Daily meeting room checks to ensure standards are maintained consistently.
- Event management and coordination.
- Contributing to and working with site SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Support with administrative projects.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Programs.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-moving and highly pressurised environment.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work using own initiative.

- A competitive hourly pay rate of £14.50 / £30,000 (opportunity for overtime).
