Corporate Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist to join our team at On Verve. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our clients' prestigious sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and guests, providing a strong and consistent guest service.
  • Ensuring all calls to the switchboard/Help desk are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Responding to and actioning a busy email inbox inline with KPI guidelines.
  • Daily meeting room checks to ensure standards are maintained consistently.
  • Event management and coordination.
  • Contributing to and working with site SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Support with administrative projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Programs.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-moving and highly pressurised environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work using own initiative.
