**Events and Engagement Executive**

**So, who are we looking for?**

We are a tech consultancy based in Shoreditch and are on a journey of rapid growth. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, events professional who will be working in the HR team and will be central to all Montash events and internal communication.

You will create a robust communications strategy where all employees are kept well informed about company news and events, alongside coherent, organised planning and execution of all our events. We are currently a business of 70+ employees and we envisage to double our team in the next 12 months.

**Your main areas of focus will be**:
**Events, Engagement & Communication**
- Event briefings, research, planning and end to end management (co-ordinate with office manager for any onsite events or initiatives)
- Researching and booking event space
- Being creative with budget and ensuring your negotiation skills allow for maximum opportunity
- Support in the creation of a communication strategy to ensure employees have greater visibility of all business projects, news and events
- Create and coordinate structured communication in line with the agreed communication strategy
- End to end initiative management for wellbeing, sustainability, and CSR (charity, DN&,I) projects - with a clear communication plan
- Business meetings presentation creation including town hall meetings (annual, quarterly and monthly meetings)
- Social media / HR CRM content - working with all teams for storytelling content relevant for external facing media platforms for employee attraction
- Create and manage communication campaigns and content for our HRIS and LMS
- New employee engagement (supporting creating a communication campaign to increase engagement with Montash

**HR Operations**
- HRIS management (administrating the HRIS with employee details and files)
- Onboarding and off boarding - HR administrative tasks
- Onboarding admin (training schedules support, probation, birthday, anniversary invites)
- HR Project support
- Supporting our ahdoc and annual employee engagement surveys
- Working closely with the talent acquisition team to help engage with graduates and universities
- Employer social media platform management (glass door)

**What we offer**:

- This role will be flexible working - Monday to Friday and will require travel - Work from home will also be offered.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
