This is a great opportunity for a skilled and dedicated clinician to join a specialist community team who offer evidenced based treatment to children, young people and families who are suffering with a significant eating disorder.
The post holder would be supported by a comprehensive MDT (31 WTE) to work to complete evidence based therapeutic interventions on both an individual and group basis. The service strives to ensure there are many opportunities for excellent supervision, training and reflective practice, making it a great place to work if you have a desire to continue to develop your therapeutic skills.
The service works across Nottinghamshire so there are opportunities to work within in various bases which will support the development of building networking relationships.
The service are working to increase the therapeutic offer and so the post holder will be supported and encouraged to be involved in working creatively to develop new team initiatives., such as peer/carers support, group work, service user involvement etc.

The post holder will be hold a caseload of patients and will provide assessment and therapeutic treatment to children, young people and families suffering a significant eating disorder. The post holder will be expected to join weekly team meetings, participate in managerial and clinical supervision, join MDT case discussion and reflective practice groups and ensure efficient and effective record keeping. Post holder will ensure they practice within their competency level and seek support and guidance when required. The post holder will be an integral part of the MDT and will be supported to share ideas and develop innovative ways of working.
