We are currently recruiting for a **Food Service Assistant** to be a part of our integral team at **HMS Caledonia, Rosyth, KY11 2XH**What's in it for you*

- Full time 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with shifts ranging between 06.30-20.00

**What you'll be doing**
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Making drinks and some food preperation
- Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
- Clean back of house areas, crockery & cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
- Set up ready for functions and ensure everything is in order
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required

**Experience**
- Experience in catering is essential for this role
- Food hygiene level 2 desirable but not essential as can be gained through our online e-learning portal
- A DBS check is required
