NFU Mutual's agency in Alnwick are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Adviser**.

The NFU Mutual are a leading UK based General Insurance and Financial Services provider who have been serving the rural community for over 100 years. The Alnwick Agency is a well-established and high performing Agency where our friendly and supportive team work together to provide the best possible customer and business outcomes.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and as a Customer Service Adviser, you will be the first port of call for our customers. You should enjoy talking to customers, display a positive ‘can do’ attitude, excel at problem solving and enjoy working in a customer support environment.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage their own workload
- 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including Maths and English.

The position is full time, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday though once qualified it is expected that you would join our 4 day working week scheme.

Starting Salary £21,000 but negotiable depending on experience.
