**Support Administrator urgently required for the Dublin office of an outstanding and innovative global organisation.**

Salary 35,000 Euros to 38,000 Euros DOE plus an excellent benefits package

Location: Dublin 11

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager the role is key in enabling consistent delivery of excellent service to customers and colleagues across the organisation. This role will predominantly serve the field based support teams to ensure field support servicescan be delivered and goals achieved. Part of this role is an active role involving the shipping of items, moving items between the service workshop and goods in / goods out. The tasks below detail the main day to day activities that you would be responsiblefor:

- Support / assistance for all field-based support teams
- Ensuring field team administration is complete by ensuring the cases, contracts, contacts and assets are accurate, updated and match ordered products and services following field enquiries.
- Assist field team members with their support orders, replenishment order, materials availability and delivery dates.
- Assistance with the procurement of non-stock ad hoc materials for field service
- Communicating effectively with the field team and keeping them updated on order lead times, delivery status, scheduled & remedial works upon enquiry.
- Providing an excellent and seamless support flow by working closely with other internal departments - Customer Service, Supply Team, Sales, Accounts, Despatch, Technical Service to ensure ordered works flow into complete and invoiced services.
- Managing aspects of sales order processs
- Ensuring database is regularly updated, and all information logged accordingly.

Adaptability and strong communication skills are essential in an environment where customers' expectations are constantly evolving. Ability to communicate effectively with a multi nationality team in English.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: - GCSE or equivalent education passes in English and Maths. - Experience of working in a customer focused environment. - Previous data analysis experience essential - Excel skills essential - Fluent written and spokenEnglish is essential. - Possess excellent IT skills, including experience of working with ERP/CRM platforms.
