**JOB DESCRIPTION**

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To carry out all administrative tasks including customer care, operating the customer database, scheduling, and project management

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Reactive Work**
- Field calls and book in Draincare jobs.
- Diary planning for the engineers.
- Monitor and process Job Cards.
- Create invoices and ensure payments are matching.
- Dealing with customer queries.

**2. Planned Work**
- Ordering equipment for Septic Tank/Sewage Treatment Plant installs.
- Booking hotels when required and making all arrangements for teams working away.
- Liaise with customers.
- Monitor and schedule maintenance appointments.
- Produce service manuals.
- Monitor and order specialist equipment.
- Produce CCTV survey reports when required.

**3. Additional Duties**
- Plan training for the engineers when required.
- Authorise timesheets for payroll and liaise with finance.
- Health & Safety administration.
- Support the Draincare Manager were required.
- Fleet Management.
- On call rota weekends & evenings.

**4. General**
- Comply with all legal requirements relating to Health & Safety and Employment Law
- Willing to work in a team environment and take part in training and meeting sessions
- Be courteous, professional and helpful to all customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by reporting unresolved problems to your line manager.
- Inputting, maintaining and updating our customer database
- Any other duty reasonably requested by Manager
