Our client is a long established manufacturing company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on a temporary to Permanent basis.

This is the ideal role for a Facilities Administrator looking to develop their skills within an International Company.

Your duties will include:

  • General administration duties
  • To ensure all goods (Office Supplies & Production PPE) on site are maintained by ordering through various suppliers
  • Assisting the Plant Manager when required
  • Maintaining and updating a record of all Service agreements
  • Weekly wages
  • Knowledge of SAP is a requirement to raise Purchase requisition orders.
  • To ensure all goods on site either Office Supplies & Production PPE are maintained on site by ordering through various suppliers.
  • Other duties as assigned
To be considered for the role of
Facilities Administrator, you must have/ be:

  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Excellent punctuality
  • Prepared to learn new job roles
  • Experience in administration
  • The flexibility to get the job finished
  • Excellent attention to detail
Your own transport is essential due to the location of the client.
