**J**ob purpose**

The role is a sophisticated balance between customer service, account and financial support. It involves working closely with the Account Director and Manager, operations and finance teams throughout the organisation. The role involves coordinating the service between OUTCO and several key customer accounts, coordinating customer opportunities and ensuring the highest standards of customer success are achieved.

This will entail account support, coordinating opportunities within the customer success team for key accounts, and development of the accounts as they grow. Where relevant significant leads will lead to introduction meetings between Account Managers and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Oversight, and development of Key Accounts through regular engagement
- Dealing with in-bound enquiries
- Supporting Key Accounts with any operational delivery queries
- Monitoring output from all Key Accounts with regards to data integrity, accuracy, and legal compliance
- Ensuring Key Accounts sales requirements are being achieved by working with Account lead to achieve results, by assessing any problem, cause, solution to resolve, and ensuring retention directly with customers and up sell/cross sell
- Ensuring billing is correct and liaising with the Finance team
- Creating and sending MI reports, utilising reporting and key metrics
- Growing Key Accounts by identifying leads then connecting with customers to arrange introduction meeting between AM and customer
- Providing administration support to the Account Lead
- The role may require additional duties to be performed outside of your day-to-day role to ensure the efficient running of the department or business area. We are looking for someone who has the following:

- Previous experience in a similar Key Accounts, Customer Service or Account Management coordination environment whilst delivering a sales target, or experience in sales with a focus on superior customer service
- Proven ability to provide training/education to support a non-sales function through different techniques such as an offering target
- A strong desire to develop and advance their career into an Account Manager

**Remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications but in the region of 25-28k
