Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a Media company based in the Sutton, to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a 2 month contract.
**Role**:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 2 months to assist with the following duties:
- Shared responsibility of all divisional Accounts Payable Mailboxes in Outlook
- Running the purchase ledger, including coding and entering invoices and liaising with the cost centre managers
- Processing supplier payment runs, Ad hoc payments and occasional Cheque payments.
- Processing staff expense claims including company credit card expenses
- Regularly checking bank accounts across divisions ensuring all payments posted
- Reviewing Aged Creditors regularly to ensure the Ledger is updated.
- Liaising with the auditors and helping to supply the necessary information for the year-end financial audit.
- Involvement in other tasks such as sales ledger duties to enable job rotation and provide cover if other staff are away from the office.
**Profile**:
The successful temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 2+ years experience working within a fast paced environment, have strong accounts payable experience and ideally would be able to pick up the system Sage 200 quickly.
You must be either immediate to be considered for this role.
**Client**:
Our client is an SME Media business based in Sutton, West London. They offer a lucrative 2 month temporary role which You will be joining a growing, dynamic business who have big plans for 2023.
**Salary & Benefits**:
This temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role will be paying circa £15-17 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
