This Scheduling / Administration Support position will be working in a small but vastly growing team based in Nottingham working Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm.

Duties include:

- Create and provide customer quotations in a timely manner
- Ensure correct documentation is provided with the customer quotations
- Adhere to pricing and commercial policies
- Ensure information is accurately maintained on the company's systems
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure that correct parts being identified for customers
- End to end processing of successful quotations
- Utilise data by reviewing engineer reports, customer service history and correspondence
- Develop and understanding of effective scheduling
- Understand and use stock systems
- Completion of AW commissioning sheets within AW time frames
- Update Service max site locations regularly
- Provide cover for key roles
- Develop an understanding of our Expeditor's roles to provide assistance when required
- Meet personal targets and development goals whilst contributing to team and department targets
- The post holder must comply with the company's policies, procedures, and code of conduct

In this role you will be responsible for reviewing reports and updating internal systems and completing required framework administration, working in a fast-paced office environment to meet the high customer demand and expectations. You will also gain a knowledge of expediting and scheduling within this role.
