Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a **General Administrator** for a prestigious manufacturing client based in Horsham.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Inputting data to allocate stock to new sales orders.
- Inputting data to produce Customer Delivery notes.
- Allocate stock to new orders.
- Book new material to stock on bespoke system.
- General filing and scanning duties.
- Handling inbound & outbound calls.
- Liaising with customers & suppliers.
- Computer literate, with strong written & verbal skills. Hold the ability to manage and prioritise work load, supporting the smooth running of the business.

**The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
