**The Role**
Our Administrator position is very busy, interesting and varied, with no two days the same. The role encompasses so many aspects of how the business runs and includes (this is not exhaustive);
- **Properties**
Setting up physical new property files, including Trading Standard required details (EPC, Council Tax Banding, Tenure), and any other paperwork provided by the property owners.
Inputting details accurately to the database to ensure accurate listings on the portals and our website
Typing property details and property displays within the office
Social Media management
Booking viewings
Support of the sale process alongside the sales desk
Invoicing
Completion
Sale board management
All associated administration
Database management
Anti-Money Laundering compliance
GDPR compliance
Property Ombudsmen compliance
**- General Office**
Opening up/locking up
Post run
Month end reporting of branch activity
Month end finances
Ordering stationery/supplies
Refilling items in the office for staff - forms, stationery, stamps etc
Filing
Petty Cash management
Answer machine management
Personnel information management - holiday forms, new starter forms etc
**- Support**
Diary management for other staff members
Personal assistant tasks for the business owner
**Working Pattern**
Approximately 30 hours a week including Saturday mornings 9am to 12pm. Half an hour for lunch.
**All About You**
The ability to multi-task confidently while maintaining a keen eye for detail is an absolute must along with good and accurate typing skills, listening skills and clear communication. Good IT knowledge is essential.
A full UK driving license and own transport is required.
While the role is varied, there are some repetitive aspects to it. Things that may seem irrelevant to some people could be important here.
You need to be confident in managing your own workload, able to adapt quickly and learn on the job. Being a team player and ready to help out when needed is very important for this role.
Some experience in either estate agency or financial services/insurance is a benefit but not a necessary requirement.
