Empowering Learning is looking for a School Receptionist for a primary school in Bury.

This role will be on a temporary basis, covering an absence, 35 hours/ week.

The position will start on the 19th of February and run until the end of March (including working during the February half-term break).

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the school office.
- Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently including answering the phone and responding to parent/ carer, child, and staff enquiries.
- Maintaining an accurate electronic filing system.
- Supporting the school's finance team by completing tasks relating to orders, invoices, and the receipt and distribution of deliveries.
- Previous experience working in a school environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including in Microsoft Office.
- A working knowledge of iSAMS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
