Office Administrator/receptionist

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering and directing all incoming calls.
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon their arrival at the office.
- Ensuring guests are comfortable by offering beverages such as teas and coffees.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Managing PODs and timesheets by attaching them to invoices.
- Following up with sites to ensure timely submission of pods and timesheets.
- Placing orders for stationery supplies across all sites.
- Performing various ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Previous experience in a Construction company is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player with the flexibility to adapt to various responsibilities.
