**Archiving Assistant (Fixed Term) based at Epworth House, Derby**:
**Job description**

**Fixed term (6 months) - Full Time - 37 hours per week**

**The role**:

- This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Information Governance Team, to help MHA assess how archiving is processed in MHA’s care homes and to help improve the process by proposing a ‘best practice’ for MHA to adopt. This role requires strong administrative experience, ideally with experience manging archives. There will be a need to travel to MHA’s care homes to review the archives and processes at those locations. You will also be required to write reports detailing the assessment of each location along with a proposed best practice process for MHA to consider implementing.

**The Person**:

- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Enthusiastic and keen to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Experience in developing and documenting processes and procedures
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in report writing
- Strong intellect combined with attention to detail, well organised and process driven
- Straightforward, open personality and an enthusiastic, positive attitude
