**The Role**
In the Sales Support role at Prolectric, you will support the Sales team, in raising quotations and developing bespoke proposals and sales materials. You will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system is keep up to date, and all information needed to deliver an exception service to our customers is in place. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales, Sales team and internal teams to support the organisation of the department.
**Summary of Key responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Sales team to raise quotations, bespoke proposals, and progress sales & rehire opportunities through the CRM system.
- Support the Sales team to gather information needed to progress product deliveries, lighting installations and product builds, liaising with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Monitor the CRM inc. Leads, Customers, Accounts, Quotations, Potentials & Cases to ensure it kept up to date with accurate information.
- Work with internal teams including Finance, Operations & R&D to gather insights & reports that support the effective functioning of the Sales Team.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and results driven, with the ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively in a fast-paced business environment with strict deadlines.
- A good level of numeracy. Experience of using CRM systems would be advantageous.
- Experience of supporting a growing sales team in achieving their goals would be advantageous.
- An interest in renewables and sustainability, with a curiosity of emerging trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
