**CPM are recruiting a Project Executive to join our client based in Farringdon. Fixed term contract starting as soon as possible working for a minimum of 3 months. £35,000 p/a pro rata with expenses available when travelling into our client’s office.**

**Ideal location: Farringdon, United Kingdom, E3**

We are looking for a Project Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis. You will be responsible for supporting the National Account Managers in managing their customers. The primary focus for the role will be being responsible for the administration that is fundamental in enabling the efficient trading with customers.

What will you be doing?
- Supports the internal account collaboration across category, finance, shopper marketing, merchandising, & supply chain to maximise performance.
- Manage the robust administration and accounting of sales investments, invoice validation and deduction and claims management.
- Play a key role in evaluating and reviewing promotional performance alongside category teams for course-correction
- Support the period close process, including accruals management and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Own reporting for each account, including standard reports on a weekly and monthly basis, plus ad hoc requests.
- Supports account forecasting, working alongside Finance & Demand Planning (Base, NPD, Promotional forecasting and financial robustness).
- Lead the completion of customer communication in areas such as new line forms and promotional proposals

This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.
