Office Assistant
We are a small company
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Clean office building
- Work as a Personal Assistant to director and perform duties as required by the director at any time
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as typing, proofreading, and organizing files
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication **skills in English**:
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Experience not required
**Anyone with over 5 year experience, please do not apply, this is an entry level position.**
**Anyone with master degree do not need to apply.**
