Market leader, Electrix International Ltd, manufacturer of stainless steel cable management products is expanding and is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to join the business in Bishop Auckland.

To provide our American customers with a good level of customer service, Electrix has office hours of 8.00am until 10.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am until 4.30pm on Fridays.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week:

- Day Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 2:30pm Friday.
- Late Shift: 12.00 (noon) - 10.00pm Monday - Wednesday, 12.30pm - 10.00pm Thursday.

Please note that this is an office-based role.

**Duties will include**:
Researching sales opportunities from a variety of sources

Contacting potential customers to gather information for marketing purposes and recording findings within the computerised customer database

Maintaining the records of existing companies and contacts

Setting up new customers

Processing customer enquiries and sales orders

Entering prices and quotations onto an ERP system

General administrative duties.

A full knowledge of our products is essential therefore in-depth product training will be provided.

**Qualifications**:
A minimum of 5 GCSE at grade 5 / grade C and above, or equivalent including English and Maths.

Language skills, although not essential, would be an advantage.

**Employment Information**:
Competitive salary, depending on experience, shift allowance when working the late shift, 25 days holiday per year, plus statutory holidays, private medical scheme and Personal Pension Scheme.

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
