**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Pay & Time Product comprises of the firmwide experience and delivery of employee pay and time & absence tracking. The role will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.

The role will be responsible for the continued optimization and sustainment of the Oracle HCM cloud solution, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of the platform and the end-to-end experience for our 260K+ employees globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day representative for International Pay Product Team; owns the end-to-end experience for stakeholders and by partnering to understand the needs and practices of all groups who interact with the aligned product
- Manage day to day tasks and activities on Payroll vendors management, align with organization strategy and be able to extract value within established service levels and quality measures
- Responsible for maximizing the value of a specific Payroll solution within Oracle HCM cloud, design, and implementation of ongoing innovation, as well as inspection and oversight
- Responsible to prioritize the product backlog; Partners with the different teams to impact analysis for future investments and current items.
- Accountable for the product’s experience including servicing, technology, and data - knows expectations and areas of opportunity by key persona
- Partners across the Op Model (HR Advisory and COEs) to help ensure successful execution of initiatives, experience/KPI metrics are defined and achieved.
- Execute and maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes
- Challenges the status quo, designs the strategy, and articulates the vision, drives collaboration to influence senior leadership, key stakeholders, and their own team

**Skills and Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience leading a sizeable global function
- Strong people management skills with proven experience in managing cross functional teams and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks running in parallel
- Strong Oracle HCM Payroll knowledge and end-end to payroll understanding
- Ability to maintain a product backlog, and write stories and epics
- Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process, and digital assets
- Outstanding business acumen and commercial market awareness
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer obsessed - develops deep empathy and understanding in service of creating frictionless end-to-end experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent the product to stakeholders
- Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to execution
