Main Purpose of Job:
Belfast City Council are seeking a Service Advisor (Fleet) to join their team on a part time basis, reporting to the Fleet Systems Coordinator. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient workshop service-reception and related administrative tasks.

Your Duties:

- Be accountable to the Fleet Systems Coordinator for workshop service-reception and associated administrative duties.
- Maintain the smooth operation of the workshop service reception area, handling administrative tasks essential for its functionality.
- Respond to customer queries promptly, coordinating with the Workshop Technical Manager, Shift Team Leader, and Technicians as required.
- Generate job-cards and update all relevant information systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Undertake various fleet-related administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Your Profile:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles, ideally in a fleet management or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in using standard Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, as well as updating and maintaining specialist information technology systems.
- Proven track record of carrying out various general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence management, handling telephone queries, data-keying, and similar responsibilities.

Your Benefits:

- £11.39 per hour.
- Pension Contribution.

Additional Information:

- Part time, Temporary.
- Belfast, Cecil Ward Building Location.
- 22.50 hours per week, 07:30-16:00.
