**As a Head of Quality, Teaching, Learning and Assessment (HQTLA) you will take on a leading role in achieving teaching and learning excellence.**

Working closely with the Assistant Principal for **Adult Skills**, **ESOL** & **Employability**, you will implement and monitor the college’s strategy as we push on in our journey from Good to Great

**Day-to-day you will be responsible for**:

- Empowering staff to seek constant improvement in teaching, learning and assessment practices by being an inspirational leader who has built up strong working relationships with the curriculum team
