We are actively recruiting for an interim HR Advisor to work closely with the HR Director and HR Business Partner on a wide range of activities across the HR department of a well known charity based in central London. Your role will be crucial in supporting the HR Business Partner and Director of People and OD with specific employee issues and supporting key projects in the annual HR lifecycle. You will support the activities relating to the recruitment, development and retention of our employees and have responsibility for a wide range of activities including maintaining accurate data in the HRIS, producing HR paperwork, running critical HR reports and providing facilities support to our Office administrator in our London Office.

This individual will provide a key role in delivering the newly created ambitious people plan that will enable our organisation to become a truly great place to work.

Hybrid working and flexibility available, only 1 day per week in our London offices required.
