A well-recognised charity are looking for an Interim Senior HR Advisor, for an initial 6 months. The role is to manage the full employee lifecycle and support on day to day activities including advising managers, ER and recruitment. The role is based in London (1 day a week) and an immediate start.

An Interim Senior HR Advisor to:

- Support on the full employee lifecycle

- Support on day to day HR activity

- Support on ER casework

- Support on Recruitment activity

- Work closely with managers to provide advice and guidance on best practice

- Upskill managers to prevent escalation

- Support in the rebuild of the HR function, including digitisation and creation of policies / processes

- Other responsibilities TBC

Profile

A Interim Senior HR Advisor with:

- Experience working in a fast paced environment

- Experience working in a complex organisation

- Immediately Available

- A wealth of HR Experience and knowledge
