Our client is looking for an Interim Senior HR Advisor to join their dedicated Human Resources team in the Financial Services industry in London. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices and proven experience in advising and supporting employees and managers within a matrixed financial services firm covering a front office client group.

Description

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting managers in handling complex employee relations issues
  • Contribute effectively to the promotion, mid-year and end of year compensation cycle
  • Implementing HR initiatives in line with the company's strategic goals
  • Collaborating with other HR team members on projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Conducting investigations and managing disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Assisting with recruitment, selection, and on-boarding processes
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture

Profile

A successful Interim Senior HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within a global matrixed Financial Services firm recently
  • Front office client group experience
  • Working knowlege of SMCR within a matrixed Financial Services organisation
  • Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of UK employment law and its application
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solutions-focused approach and strong decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems

Job Offer

A competitive day rate inside IR35 and PAYE only. This organisation offers a hybrid working model, however candidates need to be aware that, when working from home, they will be required to have their own equipment to facilitate this.
