To provide a professional administrative function while ensuring procedures and duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The role will work closely with the Estimator to ensure all aspects of project administration are completed to a high standard to help projects run smoothly from inception to completion.

The duties of the Project Support Administrator will be to carry out the following tasks, this list is not exhaustive:

- To assist and perform tasks instructed by supervisors, managers and other members of staff
- Provide administrative support for supervisors, managers and other members of staff
- Use of other internal programmes or software’s
- Storing, retrieving, processing and archiving information
- Creating and updating records and databases
- Assist colleagues as and when necessary

**Project support**:

- Data Entry: Inputting and reporting data. Updating systems and portals as required with relevant information.
- Project files: Setting up and updating project files, raising and uploading information.
- Accreditations: Maintaining accreditations in place and supporting the setup of new accreditations
- Policies and procedures: Maintaining and updating policies and procedures
- O&M Manual Assistance: Assisting with raising and revising O&M manuals and issuing to clients
- Tracking: Keeping track of key project data
- Communication: Providing first line of communication between clients and the Estimator, ensuring all information is recorded and actioned accurately.
- Produce Minutes of Meetings when required
- Any other duties commensurate for the post

**Essential Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- To be able to work following specific instructions.
- To be able to work using own initiative
- A good team player, who is capable of working under pressure with a high level of personal integrity,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Programmes
- Educated to at least a minimum of Math’s and English Language GCSE pass level
- Preferred experience within an administrative role

**Salary**: £24,960.00 per year
