We're a Sheffield based company that organises Indie Markets all over the UK. These include vintage fashion, vintage home, farmers markets, flea markets and craft markets.

We're looking for an events coordinator to join our small team helping to organise and manage our events from booking traders, admin, logistics, finding new venues, brand management and setting up on event days. A keen interest in vintage and artisan products is required to understand our client base.

**Daily duties**:

- Find and book in traders from all over the UK
- Brand management and content creation
- Customer service and interaction
- Trader mail outs
- Logging payments/sending receipts
- Event logistics
- Send trader arrival information including layout plans
- Preparing event kits for managers

**Essential qualities**:
**-Love of 60s-80s vintage + indie makers (absolutely essential)**

**-**Being extremely organised and able to work to deadlines and meet budgets
- Understanding our target customer and product
- Knowledge of main social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook essential)
- Proficient with Microsoft word and excel
- Image and video editing skills.
- Good written skills
- Driving license and access to a car required
- Must be prepared to work some weekends

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
