**About the role**

We’re excited to be looking for a
**Videographer/Content Creator** who will help us to create compelling and emotive content that will enhance our marketing campaigns, amplify our communications and raise brand awareness and recognition.

You’ll be part of a busy studio team within the wider Marketing, PR and Comms department, and play an essential role in driving our video and animated content forward.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Create engaging multimedia content for a wide range of audiences (B2B, B2C and B2G) across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and comms colleagues and key stakeholders on video, animation and campaign projects from brief to delivery, including story boards, scripting and narration.
- Work closely with the studio team on creating and presenting campaign concepts to key stakeholders.
- Work independently to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan, manage and execute shoots and/or content production.

**We'd love to hear from you if you hold the following key skills and experience**:

- A portfolio of work that demonstrates a creative flair, strong technical skills (including use of camera and lighting equipment) and ability to tailor style to suit different audiences and briefs. Documentary style/interview/ promo pieces to camera/Q&A/ads for paid social.
- ** Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role - in-house or agency**:

- Experience in creating and developing animation / motion graphics for internal and external channels.
- Experience managing and directing shoots.
- Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
- Scripting and interviewing experience.
- **Proficient **with current software and technologies Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/Premier Rush, Cinema 4D, Blender, Canva.**:

- Proven examples of shooting and editing content and ads for social platforms plus experience of managing content and playlists on YouTube.
- Strong communicator, confident in making decisions, giving and receiving feedback.

**This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work**
