About the Role

Our client, is seeking a professional videographer for a personal project involving the filming of B-roll content and a keynote presentation at an event in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. The videographer's presence on-site is required, and the project is expected to be completed within a few hours. The raw footage needs to be delivered within 24 hours via Google Drive or Dropbox.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend the event in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, on the specified date and time.
  • Capture high-quality B-roll footage of the event, including various angles, details, and atmosphere.
  • Record the entire keynote presentation without any editing or interruptions.
  • Ensure proper framing, focus, and audio quality throughout the recording.
  • Organise and label the raw footage files accordingly.
  • Transfer the raw footage (B-roll and keynote presentation) to a secure cloud storage platform (Google Drive or Dropbox) within 24 hours of the event.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a professional videographer, particularly in event coverage.
  • Proficiency in operating professional-grade video cameras, audio equipment, and other necessary gear.
  • Knowledge of proper video recording techniques, including framing, lighting, and sound capture.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in labeling and organizing footage files.
