Warehouse / Rework Operatives

Job Summary:
Working as part of a team for any project based lines that come in, de-boxing product, relabelling and reworking a variety of high end products. There is an element of dexterity and a quick pace required for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building and organising small units / boxes for shipment according to company standards.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Conducting regular stock checks on packing materials within the warehouse.
- Managing stock levels by conducting regular inventory checks and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
- Following proper procedures for shipping, receiving, storing, and organising materials.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties such as cleaning, organising, and maintaining a safe work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and procedures.
This is a position based on full time working hours, from 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
